大嶺 Ohmine 3 Grain Genshu Natsu No Otozure Yamada Nishiki

Another Summer edition from Ohmine Brewery! A beautiful label drawn by Misaki Tanaka, the same artist who drew the Yuki Onna on the Winter edition.

Carefully produced at 12.5% ABV, a very low alcohol content in terms of Sake! Perfect to drink with friends in the summertime, even if they are not Sake drinkers, this Sake will be happily and easily  savored! Brewed from 100% Yamadanishiki as sake rice, with refreshing fruity aroma like green apple and citrus. On the palate, it is with balanced sweetness and sourness, full-bodied yet refreshing.
