A mysterious Speyside (M) whisky that's believed to be a nod to the Macallan. Matured for 17 years in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry cask, this presents an excellent opportunity to experience a single-cask release from the (M) distillery at a relatively great value.

On the nose, a strong hint of sherry, along with sweet figs and raisins. On the palate, you'll notice flavors like spiced fruitcake and a kind of Australian dessert called Lamingtons, mixed with oily walnuts and a touch of pepper. The aftertaste is both sweet and spicy.
