無名氏 N.I.P Cask Aged Gin 2021 - Frederiksdal French Oak Barrel

Presented by N.I.P, the first cask-aged gin distilled and matured in Hong Kong. working with Frederiksdal, an award-winning winery in Southern Denmark, in combining Nordic heritage and Hong Kong flavours with festive botanicals: juniper berries, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, orange peels, cacao and Earl Grey tea! And it was matured in a French Oak Barrel that was previously used for the production of a Danish fruit wine by Frederiskdal. Resulting in a smooth and silky texture, packed with flavours ranging from dark fruits to chocolate, citrus and warm spices, and it is sippable on its own.
