Thompson Bros.
創辦人 Thompson 兩兄弟與威士忌有著一種特別的緣份，由起初於酒店的威士忌吧內工作，後來於 2015 年決心以 Thompson Bros. 之名推出獨立裝瓶，但他們並不滿足於此，於 2016 年以眾籌形式成功建立 Dornoch 蒸餾廠。
儘管兩兄弟同樣十分喜愛自家推出的 Organic Highland Gin，他們亦不諱言道出蒸餾廠的最終目標是釀造出充滿個性，同時貼近舊酒風格的威士忌。不過，法例所限，讓我們在期待由 Dornoch 自家推出的威士忌時，不妨先一試 Thopmson 兩兄弟的選桶。
